Final Closed Beta Survey Reward Program

Thank you for boarding the Astral Express and start your galactic adventure!
To improve your experience on this adventure, the Crew will periodically invite Trailblazers through emails or community events to participate in surveys regarding your experience with our service before the end of the Final Closed Beta.
You will receive an invitation email to fill out the survey if you have pre-registered for Honkai: Star Rail or signed up for the Final Closed Beta.
The Crew will randomly pick 20 Trailblazers who have completed and submitted the survey to receive a Google Play OR App Store gift card worth US$50 each.
The winners will be contacted via direct messages in HoYoLAB within 30 working days after the conclusion of the Final Closed Beta. Please check your messages for updates.

1. It is the winner's responsibility to pay taxes according to any individual income tax policies in their country or region of residence. Please adhere to the laws, regulations, and tax policies of your country or region. Thank you for your understanding and support.
2. If physical rewards cannot be issued due to problems regarding storage, shipping, force majeure, or other uncontrollable factors, the organizer reserves the right to replace the rewards with other rewards of equivalent value.
3. Physical prizes will be shipped within three months of receipt of the winner's delivery address. Delivery time may be affected by regional logistics and other factors and is not guaranteed.
4. Matters not covered in the rules of this event are still applicable under the Honkai: Star Rail game Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other officially announced policies agreed to by the Trailblazers.
